**VIP Packages are non-transferable. The name in the billing information will be the name on the VIP list.

*Please Note: Packages do NOT include a ticket to the show. You must purchase a ticket from the venue to purchase this package.

*If the VIP upgrade is for an underage child, ONE (1) Parent/Guardian will be allowed into the VIP Experience as a chaperone. Only a LEGAL Parent/Guardian will be allowed to chaperone. This Parent/Guardian MUST have a regular ticket to the show in order to enter the venue and escort the child.

*If you do not receive your purchase confirmation email please contact our customer service team in order to have it resent. You MUST have your purchase confirmation email in order to check-in for the VIP.

*Instructions regarding when and where to arrive for your VIP Experience will be emailed to you 3-5 days in advance of each show. If you do not receive these instructions within 48 hours of your show date please contact our customer service team.
